Delivery and shipping charges
Shipping costs D:
We deliver within Germany by DHL at a flat rate of EUR 5.90,
Shipping costs EU - Standard:
We deliver within Europe as a registered letter by German Post to a shipping fee of EUR 12.00.
Shipping costs EU - Premium:
We deliver within Europe by DHL to a shipping fee of EUR 18.50.
Shipping costs no EU:
Due to the restrictions / problems in international goods traffic, we can currently only offer deliveries outside of Europe, USA and Canada as a "DHL Premium Package" at a price of EUR 59.90.
As soon as the situation has normalized again, we will return to our previous shipping costs.
We ask for your understanding
Shipping costs USA and CANADA Standard:
Delivery by sea with delivery times of more than 30 days at a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 29.90.
Shipping costs USA and CANADA Premium:
Delivery by air at a flat shipping rate of EUR 59.90
Shipping costs International WORLDWIDE:
We deliver to all other countries as a registered letter by German post or via DHL for a shipping fee of EUR 59.90.
Delivery on DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are handled by the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Please note that the product price stated in our online shop is exclusive of customs and taxes. The consignee will be invoiced separately by the courier / delivery service, the applicable import VAT, as well as any customs duties. Since we can not estimate these costs, we ask you to contact the competent customs authority.
We are always ready to offer the products offered in our shop
always in stock. As a rule, the shipping takes place
